Everyone has daily habits to help them get up and running in the morning. I usually get up with a vibrating alarm clock that is under my pillow. I pet the cat and then get the children out of bed and out to school. I don't sit down to eat until at least 7:30, but to get some energy I squeeze and orange and a lemon and drink it.
