If you want to succeed. . . Be more Empathetic - English Conversation, Business English

English Conversation lesson about how to succeed in Business. 

It might go against the grain, but one way to succeed is to be always thinking about what not only what your boss want, but also to understand the problems your colleagues are going through.  This can happen only when you are empathetic. Then everyone can pull together as a team.
