Inspriational 570 pound man does a 5K! English Conversation Lesson

We all need to do more exercise, and that's what Derek Mitchell is doing.  He's has a medical condition that causes him to gain weight, but he's not taking it sitting down.  He's going out there every month and doing a 5K race.  It takes a lot of effort for him, but he is determined to show the world!
