Nocturnal animal of Africa

Hello,
I am going to talk about the Ardwolf, which is part of the hyena family, but instead of hunting other mammals, it eats termites! They have two ranges, one in South Africa, where the weather is colder, and the termites hibernate in the winter. This means that the ardwolf won’t eat. In East Africa, the ardwolf is more active, and they mark their territories. They don’t have long distance calls, and communicate with scent markings. Many ardwolves mate for life, and the females who have a mate can raise more cubs. They are active at night.
